REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
You must have a photo ID and your vendor ticket to be able to gain entry to the vendor show.

DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Casual dress or your company attire.

WHAT TO BRING
Your equipment and products. If drop cords are needed please let us know before the event.

WHAT NOT TO BRING
No food or alcohol. Food will be provided at the event or you may go outside of the event and eat.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
You may take photos and videos as long as your flash is not causing problems for anyone else.

REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Registration will start March 1st 2017 and ending registration will be May 10th 2017

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Cash,All forms of debit and credit cards. We do not accept checks.

AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
All registration must be completed online. There will be no registration at the doors. Only check-in.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed only if the event show has been cancelled.

REENTRY POLICY
Make sure you keep your vendor ticket on you when you are leaving the banquet hall so you may re-enter.

TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
Ticket exchange or transfer is not allowed at all.

EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
In the case of an event cancellation you may ask for a refund or hang on to your ticket as we will reschedule the event for a later date.

LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
